Shahiya dynasty

The Shahiya dynasty, also known as the Hindu Shahi dynasty, was a medieval ruling house in the Kabul and Gandhara regions that represented the last major Hindu power in what is now eastern Afghanistan and northwestern Pakistan before the Ghaznavid conquest.
